Today was a better day. I was a little more productive which always makes me happier. I realized yoga also makes me happier and nicer to people. I went to the store for some cheese I needed for dinner and actually talked to people. Haha I usually just keep o myself.
I also went to the chiropractor after yoga and felt a lot better after that.i picked up a few things from Cvs and then came home and started on dinner. I also made some chocolate dipped strawberries! I hope Chris will appreciate that.
Lately I have been really sensitive and letting little things get to me. When I am not happy with myself and my actions I really am harder on other people. My guilt is taking over and driving me and it needs to stop.
I need to do some self improvement and service and jump back into the joy cycle and get out of the depressing cycle I am in.
